Shipping with Biologique: It is important to you the shipping process be simple and affordable. As a result, Biologique has made the shipping standardized dependent only on the state in which you live. Currently, the size of your order does not dictate the expense. Many of our customers are amazed we can ship a weeks worth of food overnight to another state for less than an overnight letter.

Shipping Sensitive Food Items: Our sensitive food products are shipped in temperature controlled totes. When these totes are shipped to you please store them in a convenient place such as your garage or entry closet. When you receive your next order, the driver will be glad to pick up the empty tote from the previous order. Please include materials shipped such as ice packs, etc. Orders not requiring temperature control such as dry goods or personal care products will be shipped in a box.

In the event you lose, misplace, or dispose of the tote(s), please understand you will be charged for the cost of the tote. The cost of each tote for replacement is 35.00. Assuming the tote is replaced, with acceptable "wear and tear", there will be no charge. It is highly unlikely charges will occur.
